In Coldstream, we have been working with Yarra Ranges Council to proactively shape our community. Some of our achievements are footpath construction, the new playground, improvements to the Community Centre, development of the Melba Walk Project and the Coldstream Structure Plan.

Coldstream Primary School is proud to have been a part of the regeneration of Spadonis Reserve, planting vegetation to restore the original billabongs. Assisting in these initiatives gives opportunity to see first-hand how trees, plants and wildlife depend on one another for survival. This experience teaches our children about native ecosystems, biodiversity and the delicate balance that sustains life. Just as importantly, working together with peers, elders and community members instills a sense of shared responsibility and teamwork.
