Enrolment
Thank you for choosing to enrol your child at Coldstream Primary School.
Before returning the enrolment forms to the school office, please ensure
to bring the following documentation with you:
Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
Copy of Immunisation Certificate
Copy of Visa (if applicable)
Medical Condition details (if applicable) - please note, if you wish us to
record that your child has an allergy, you MUST provide us with details of
such allergy and the applicable Action Plan for Allergic Reactions.Anaphylaxis Management Plan (if applicable)
Asthma Plan (if applicable)
Action Plan for Allergic Reactions (if applicable)
Due to a government directive, enrolment forms are unable to be accepted unless all items/information on the checklist are provided at the time of enrolment.

Step 2: Complete student details
Step 3: Complete address details
Step 4: Complete school details and select Coldstream Primary School as your first preference.
School Zones
Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.
Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school. Your school zone is determined based on your permanent residential address.
Our school manages enrolments using the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their local school. Students may enrol at another school if there are available places.

Other year level enrolments
We also accept enrolment applications for students in other year levels. You can submit a request at any time in the school year.
Eligible students who live within our school zone are guaranteed a place, while students outside the zone may be enrolled if there are available places.
